You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

o Can I cancel my purchase once I have made the payment?

Yes, no problems. You can cancel the purchase made as long as your order has not been sent and receive the full payment refund. To do this, write us an email to hola@alexandcoshop.com and we will make the necessary arrangements.

o Is it safe to buy at Alex and Co?

Of course. We use all security standards for online payments. Our payment system is totally secure.

Alex and Co is the official distributor of some of the products in our catalog. Fill out this form and we will contact you.

o I have an online store and would like to do Dropshipping: Is it possible?

Yes, we offer the Dropshipping service with some of our references. Fill in this form and we will inform you about the conditions.

 ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

or What shipping method do you use? All our shipments are made through the transport company Correos Express.

o What are the shipping rates? The shipping rates are as follows:

 Peninsula Shipments: € 4.95.

 Balearic Shipments: € 7.50.

 Canary Shipping: € 29.50.

 Ceuta, Melilla and International Shipping: Recalculate the exact shipping costs when confirming the order.

o How long will it take to receive my order?

The shipments to peninsula (except personalized products), have a delivery time of 24h to 48h working. Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands can take up to 10 working days to reach their destination. Shipments to the rest of the world can take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For customized products, in the detail of the product we indicate the estimated delivery time.

or Can I place an order for a gift?

Sure ... We love gifts! We can wrap the product and add a personalized note if necessary without any cost. Drop it in the order form or write us an email to hola@alexandcoshop.com.

 RETURNS

o How can I process a return of an item or an order?

You can return an item or a complete order without problems, you will only have to pay the shipping costs of the return. The time you have to make such return is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order. The products must reach our warehouse in perfect condition and with its original packaging not manipulated. Customized products are excluded from the return. Note that the initial shipping costs are not paid, but only the cost of the products. To process the return, contact us via email: hola@alexandcoshop.com.
