Summer is the most popular season for the annoying mosquitos. How can we avoid their bites and from suffering undesired reaction on our little ones?
We give you some tips to prevent it and that will help you keep mosquitos away.
As long as the temperature allows it, dress the kids with long sleeve, trousers and socks.
It is recommended to use white or smoothe colours for their clothes. Mosquitos feel attracted to strong colours as yellow, green or blue.
Keep the kids away from fountains, rivers, ponds or any water contanier like flowerpots or gardens with flowers, because these are places where they have more possibilites to get bitten.
Keep a correct corporal hygiene because mosquitos feel attracted to sweat.
Avoid using perfumes smelling sweet.
Try not to be out in some hours a day: in the evening or at night.
Use a mosquito net in the cot or the buggy, but always avoiding the baby to be able to touch it (so you can prevent suffocation or asphyxiation if the baby drags it to his or her face or neck). Put mosquito nets in the windows.
Protect them with natural lotions, healthy and free from harmful chemicals substances that might be absorbed by the skin.
