SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders confirmed from Monday to Friday will be handled at the same time for shipment. Shipments made after 2:00 p.m. are processed and sent the next business day.
Shipments to the Peninsula: The shipments made by courier, will be sent with a service 24h / 48h. Shipments made by certified mail can be delivered up to 5 business days.
Shipping Baleares and Portugal: These shipments are sent by certified mail and can be delivered up to 5 business days.
As a general rule, the shipment will be made directly after receipt of the payment. The delivery period may be extended for reasons beyond the control of the parties such as force majeure, unpredictable production interruptions, intervention by the authorities, delays in transport and customs, damage to transport, removal of important pieces of manufacture and labor conflicts.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer ensures that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. Any costs incurred due to an incorrect distribution due to the indication of an incorrect delivery address will be borne by the customer.
No shipments will be made to mail sections, slogans, or postal boxes.
Returns will be accepted before 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. If the products are not returned in their original packaging, the depreciation that this entails will be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be made by the same system in which the payment was made for a value equal to the price paid at the time of purchase.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Shipping cost Shipping to the Peninsula (peninsula only):
For orders over € 60 the shipping costs are free by certified mail.
Orders under € 60 have a cost of € 4.95 by courier and € 3.85 by registered mail.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands and Portugal:
Orders placed with destination Baleares, have a shipping cost of € 7.50.
Orders placed with destination Portugal, have a shipping cost of € 14.50.
Not picking up the shipment
In case of absence at home at the time of delivery of the package, it must be collected at the premises of the transport company during the next 15 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to its origin by the customer assuming the shipping and return costs.
